Today, September 25, 2020, Mecmaq celebrates 33 years of existence. The company began its activities in the market in 1989, manufacturing limestone mills. In the following years, we began the development and manufacture of seed treatment machines in partnership with pesticide manufacturers. There were several researches, projects and models of machines with the objective of improving the quality of seed treatment, facilitating its operation and increasing the operator's safety in its handling, in addition to the precaution of the environment. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 1995, in conjunction with Bayer CropScince, we developed and launched the line of seed treatment machines: UTS and turbo. With this, a new concept of quality was introduced in the Brazilian and South American market in the agricultural machinery sector. From then on, through our close partnership with our customers, we began to aim for continuous improvement in our products, constantly perfecting them. <\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, in addition to seed treatment equipment, we also produce sprayers for localized application in the sowing furrow and, under development with DowAgroSciences, we manufacture sprayers for pastures. We also produce equipment for Sugarcane and, more recently, we launched our first sugarcane harvester, the Mec Harvest. In addition, we also meet specific demands, carrying out customized projects for our customers, thus meeting their needs and solving their problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is with great pride that we supply products throughout the national territory and also export to several countries in Latin America, such as Argentina, Venezuela, Paraguay, Colombia, Mexico, Honduras and Cuba. Among our main clients are: Bayer CropScience, Dow AgroSciences, FMC, Syngenta, Ihara, Dupont and Ultragaz.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this thirty-third year, we would like to thank our employees, those who wear our company shirt on a daily basis. We also want to thank our customers, who have become our friends and partners on this journey. We know that, every day, our union helps to build a successful Mecmaq.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
